2005 RAWK Final Four underway for High School Bands Category: RAWK Final Four This article has been read: 2745 times. The RAWK Board of Directors has been busy lately managing the 2005 RAWK Final Four. The competition is being held at the new Fat Tuesdays, 109 W. Pacific. This venue is just west of the corner of Pacific and Browne, and was the former location of Gatsby's/Boomerang/Johnny Rocket's - and has been nicely remodeled. The shows are all ages, as the venue is alcohol and smoke free for these shows. The preliminary rounds of the 2005 RAWK Final Four were held on Saturdays: January 15, 22, 29, and February 5. The finals will be Saturday, February 26. Five bands were in each preliminary round. As usual, the winner of each round was selected by popular choice vote. The ticket price this year is $7 (through the bands). The door price is $10.
